Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan International Airlines Company Limited, the national flag carrier, invites sealed bids from quality hotels for hiring of hotel services at Lahore. The procurement is for providing accommodation to PIA's Cockpit Crew and Aircraft Engineers with an estimated requirement of 10-15 rooms per day. This is a one-year contract further extendable for two additional one-year terms upon mutual consent and successful contract completion. The tender reference is GMCM/Hotel/Cockpit Crew/LHE/02/26 and is issued by the Supply Chain Management Department at PIA Head Office, Karachi. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.
Bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 15,000 through a pay order in the name of PIACL along with their technical proposal. A bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of a pay order payable to Pakistan International Airlines, valid for 180 days from the tender opening date, must accompany each bid. The bid security is refundable. Upon contract award, the successful hotel will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to the earnest money value, valid for three months beyond contract expiry. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and included on the Active Taxpayers List.

Bidders must register at E-PADS to access tender documents and submit bids electronically. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS on or before 6 July 2026 at 1030 hours PST. Hard copies of technical proposals with original pay orders for tender fee and bid security should be addressed to GM Contract Management, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Head Office, Karachi by the same deadline.
