Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan International Airlines Company Limited invites sealed bids from quality hotels for the hiring of hotel services to accommodate cabin crew at Faisalabad station. The requirement is approximately 40 to 50 rooms per week, and the contract is for one year with an option for two additional one-year terms upon mutual consent and successful completion. The tender reference is GMCM/Hotel/LYP/Cabin Crew/01/26. Interested hotels must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The validity of the offer should be 180 days from the date of bid opening.
Eligible bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 15,000 as a pay order in the name of PIACL along with the technical proposal. A bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of a pay order payable to Pakistan International Airlines, valid for 180 days from the tender opening date, must accompany the tender as an interest-free refundable deposit. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to the earnest money value, valid for three months after the contract expiry. All tenders without bid security shall not be considered.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available electronically from the PIA website www.piac.com.pk, the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk, and PPRA E-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must register at E-PADS to access tender documents and submit bids electronically. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS on or before 06-07-2026 at 10:30 hrs (PST), with hard copies of technical proposals and original pay orders submitted to GM Contract Management, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Head Office, Karachi. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hrs. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure with technical evaluation and site inspection before financial proposal opening. Final selection will be based on 30 percent technical score and 70 percent financial rates.
