Description / Scope of Work
The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) is inviting sealed bids from reputable companies for the supply and installation of 80 KVA generator sets at CPSP RC Larkana in Sindh province. This re-tender notice follows the earlier advertisement published in Daily Jang and Dawn newspapers on May 22, 2026, with the submission deadline now extended to July 8, 2026. The procurement aims to equip the regional centre with reliable power backup infrastructure to support operations and service delivery in the healthcare education sector across Sindh.
Interested bidders must be reputable, registered companies capable of supplying and installing industrial generator equipment. Tender documents are available for purchase at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 2,500 from three CPSP offices: the Purchase department at CPSP Headquarters in Karachi (021-99266400-10, Ext 237 & 330), the Operation department at CPSP Regional Centre in Lahore near INMOL Hospital (042-99231320-8), and the Operation department at CPSP Regional Centre in Islamabad on Ravi Road, Sector G-8/3 (051-9262590-1). Two separate sealed bids covering Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted together.
Both technical and financial sealed bids must reach the Secretary CPSP by 10:45 AM on July 8, 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders. All bids will be evaluated according to established procurement rules. CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as permitted by law.
