The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Islamabad, Regional Bureau invites the public to participate in an open auction for the sale of valuable properties on sealed bid basis. This open auction encompasses five commercial properties located in Islamabad and other areas of the Federal Territory. The properties include Balvia Town Corporate Office with a covered area of 4000 sqft, Balvia Town Corporate Office-II with 6500 sqft, Arora Cinema with 7000 sqft, Balvia Town International Academy with 9748 sqft, and Safari Club with 9481 sqft. The reserve prices range from PKR 727,000,000 to PKR 993,000,000, with the auction offering substantial investment opportunities in prime commercial real estate.
Eligible bidders must meet the qualification criteria specified in the tender document, which includes submission of bid documents before the auction deadline. The tender will be accepted only if the bids are placed on or before the auction date and time specified by NAB Rawalpindi Office, Sector G-4, Civic Centre, Islamabad. All bidders are required to submit 100% of the bid amount as security deposit via Pay Order drawn in favor of the authority. The successfully deposited bids will be forfeited as per rules, and the bidder must provide valid documentation including CNIC and company registration certificates.
Bid documents and detailed property specifications are available from NAB Rawalpindi Office, Sector G-4, Civic Centre, Islamabad. The auction will be held at 10:00 AM with property inspections scheduled Monday to Thursday from 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM.
