Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites sealed bids for the provision of 16 security guards for its Regional Office (Sindh-South) in Karachi and attached office locations for a period of two years. The security guards will be responsible for providing professional security services to ensure the safety and protection of NHA premises, personnel, and assets. This is a Single Stage Two Envelope procurement process where eligible bidders must submit complete technical and financial proposals. The tender covers security services across multiple NHA locations in Karachi including the Regional Office (Sindh-South), NHA Field House Askari-IV, NHA Complex Jamshoro Hyderabad, NHA Complex Mirpurkhas, and NHA Laboratory at Haji Police Station Hyderabad, with a total requirement of 16 security guards.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) and should have prior experience in providing security services. Bidders must possess valid security licenses and demonstrate satisfactory performance history. The bid security (earnest money) must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or pay order amounting to Rs. 75,000 drawn in favor of National Highway Authority Karachi. All bidders must be pre-qualified and listed by the Government of Pakistan or nominated by NHA, and should have audited financial accounts for the previous year.
Bid documents can be obtained from the NHA office or downloaded from the official website. Bids must be submitted as sealed envelopes with clearly marked technical and financial components on or before the closing date of 6 July 2026. All bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 hours. Bidders are required to submit original documents along with mandatory supporting evidence.
