The University of Education, Lahore, Faisalabad Campus invites competitive bids from reputed and eligible photocopy service providers for the operation and management of a photocopy shop at the Faisalabad Campus. The tender is open from 3 August 2026 to 30 June 2027, covering a full contract period during which the successful bidder will be required to provide uninterrupted photocopy services to university students, staff, visitors, and residents, except during officially notified university vacations. The scope of work encompasses the complete operation of the photocopy facility to serve the educational institution's community needs.
Eligible bidders must meet minimum qualification criteria as specified in the tender documents and are required to submit a non-refundable bidding participation fee of Rs. 2,000. Bidders must furnish earnest money in the form of a CDR (Certified Demand Receipt) as security for their bid. The bidding documents require careful examination of all instructions, terms, and conditions, with any erasures or overwriting rendering the submission invalid. Bidders bear all costs associated with bid preparation and submission, and the University reserves the right to accept, reject, or annul the bidding process without assigning reasons.
Bids must be submitted on the provided tender application form on company letterhead with complete bidder details, CNIC number, address, and contact information. The monthly license fee constitutes the primary bid parameter. Once submitted, bids are final and cannot be modified after the deadline. Successful bidders may not withdraw their bids.
