University of Education, Lahore, Faisalabad Campus invites sealed bids from eligible and reputed catering licensees for the auction and operation of cafeteria services at its Faisalabad Campus. The license period runs from August 3, 2026 to June 30, 2027, covering approximately eleven months of uninterrupted cafeteria operations serving university students, staff, visitors, and residents. This procurement is open to all qualified bidders who meet the minimum qualification criteria outlined in the tender documents. The bidding process is transparent and competitive, with bids evaluated on the basis of the highest license fee offered by bidders.
Eligible bidders must submit bid earnest money at 5 percent of the reserved amount in the form of a CDR (Cash Deposit Receipt) favoring the Principal, UE Lahore, Faisalabad Campus. The non-refundable bidding fee or participation fee is Rs. 1000 PKR. Bidders are responsible for bearing all costs associated with bid preparation and submission. Any erasures or overwriting in submitted documents will render them invalid and subject to rejection. The University of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, annul the bidding process, or reject all bids without assigning reasons.
Bid documents should be addressed to the Principal, UE Faisalabad, and submitted by the specified deadline mentioned in the bid advertisement. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes containing the properly completed tender application form, CDR for earnest money, CNIC copies, and acceptance of terms and conditions. The University may extend the submission deadline at its discretion by amending the bid documents, with all subsequent rights and obligations becoming subject to the extended deadline.
