Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites qualified bidders for an open auction regarding the harvesting and collection of Jamun fruit, commonly known as black plum, from Jamun trees located within the jurisdiction of Model Town in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is managed by the Supervisor Public Garden office and represents an opportunity for interested parties to bid on the right to harvest and collect fruit from a specified list of trees maintained within the Society's well-known gardens and recreational areas. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Society's established terms and conditions, with the contract to be awarded to the successful highest bidder following completion of full payment requirements.
All prospective bidders must comply with the eligibility criteria outlined in the auction documents and are required to submit all mandatory documentation as specified. Participants must deposit a refundable security deposit of PKR 100,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order made in favour of The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore, along with a written request and copy of their CNIC for participation in the auction process. No person shall be permitted to participate in the public auction without submitting the required bank draft or pay order. Unsuccessful bidders will have their security deposits returned within 15 working days following the auction date.
The open auction will be conducted at the office of the Supervisor Public Garden, Model Town Society Lahore on 07 July 2026 at 11:00 AM sharp. Detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the Supervisor Public Garden office during working hours upon submission of a written request. Prospective bidders requiring clarification regarding the Jamun trees should contact the office during working hours. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid.
