Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Auqaf Organization, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of security guard services for shrines, mosques, and other Waqf properties under the administration of the Faisalabad Zone. The estimated contract value is PKR 3,600,000 with a contract duration to be determined by the successful bidder's proposal. This procurement covers security services across multiple Waqf properties in the Faisalabad region, including shrine protection, mosque security, and safeguarding of other religious and charitable properties managed by the Auqaf Department. The scope encompasses provision of trained and qualified security personnel to ensure round-the-clock protection of these sacred and valuable assets.
Bidders must meet eligibility requirements including possession of valid security licenses, proper registration with relevant authorities, and demonstrated experience in providing security services to institutional or religious properties. A bid security deposit of PKR 180,000 (5 percent of estimated cost) is mandatory and must be submitted with the bid. Bidders should provide evidence of financial stability, insurance coverage for security personnel, and compliance with all applicable labor and security regulations in Punjab.
Standard bidding documents are available from the Administrator Auqaf, Faisalabad Zone, located in Faisalabad. Interested bidders should obtain complete tender documents before preparing and submitting their proposals. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Administrator Auqaf, Faisalabad Zone, Faisalabad, on or before the closing date specified in the tender notice. Bid opening will be conducted on the same premises in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders.
