Description / Scope of Work
The Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara, Lahore invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of printers, computers, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems for the financial year 2026-27. This is a service contract for ongoing maintenance and repair support to ensure optimal functionality of IT equipment and backup power systems throughout the hospital facility. The tender covers comprehensive maintenance services including preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and technical support for all printer and computer hardware along with associated UPS units deployed across the hospital in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered service providers with demonstrated experience in computer and printer maintenance and repair. Bidders should possess valid registration with relevant business authorities and maintain a clean track record. A bid security amount as specified in the bid data sheet must be submitted with each bid. All bidders are required to comply with the instructions to bidders and meet the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Preference may be given to bidders offering comprehensive warranty and after-sales support.
Bidding documents are available as specified in the tender notice and must be submitted electronically or in sealed format as per the prescribed deadline of 1 July 2026. Bids will be opened on the scheduled date with technical and financial evaluation to follow.
