Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the repair and overhauling of a metering panel 11 KVA at the filtration plant in Rawalpindi, Punjab. This is a single stage single envelope e-tender with an estimated contract value of Rs. 1,513,071 and a completion period of 30 days. The procurement is conducted through the E-PAD (Electronic Procurement and Auction Delivery) system as per Government of Punjab directions, with all tender documents and bid submissions managed electronically via the official E-PAD portal.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the respective category and must be registered on E-PAD with active tax payer status for the financial year 2025-26, including registration with FBR and PRA. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost is mandatory, and bidders are required to submit the original hard copy of the Bid Security (CDR) to the Deputy Director, WASA before the closing date and time. All applicable taxes as per Government of Punjab rules are the contractor's responsibility at the time of payment release.

Bids must be submitted electronically before 04-07-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM by the Tender Opening Committee. Manual bids are not acceptable.
