Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI) in Lahore invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of batteries for Alaris Infusion Pumps and Syringe Pumps under tender reference PRO-74-2026. This procurement is essential for maintaining critical medical equipment functionality in the hospital's healthcare delivery operations across Punjab province. The scope of work includes supply of batteries specifically designed for Alaris Infusion Pump systems and Alaris Syringe Pump systems, with detailed technical specifications provided in Section III of the bidding documents. The procuring agency will evaluate bids based on technical conformity, pricing, and bidder qualification to ensure reliable medical device components.
Eligible bidders must meet established criteria as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB), demonstrating technical capability and financial stability to supply quality batteries. Bid documents are available from PKLI Hospital's Supply Chain Management department. Sealed bids must be submitted by the deadline of 08 July 2026 as specified in the tender schedule. Bids will be opened publicly by the procuring agency on the scheduled date, with evaluation following the prescribed preliminary examination and post-qualification procedures outlined in Section 2.5 of the ITB.
