Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of a Fire Hydrant System under tender reference LET/030/26. This procurement is open to eligible suppliers and manufacturers on a single stage two envelope basis, with bids comprising separate technical and financial proposals. The tender encompasses supply of the complete fire hydrant system as detailed in the schedule of requirements, technical specifications, and bid evaluation criteria provided in the tender documents. Delivery shall be made free to SNGPL's store or designated site as per the tender schedule, with the contract value and scope defined in Appendix B and C of the tender enquiry issued from the Federal region.
Bidders must possess valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate, Income Tax Certificate, and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate as per Appendix B, clause 14. A bid bond in original as stipulated in the General Terms (Appendix A, serial 8, page 2) must be conspicuously placed in a separate envelope with the technical proposal. Bidders must be registered suppliers or pre-qualified manufacturers, and any attempt to obstruct competition through cartel formation or non-compliance with tender terms will result in bid rejection and potential delisting. The bid must remain valid for ninety days from the closing date.
Bid documents comprise thirteen appendices including general terms, technical specifications, bid evaluation criteria, price sheets, bond specimens, questionnaires, and integrity pact formats. The original plus two copies each of technical and financial proposals must be enclosed in duplicate sealed covers and submitted to the General Manager (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 1st Floor, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan, on or before 06 July 2026 by 14:30 hours. Public opening of technical bids will occur at 15:00 hours on the same date at the above address; financial proposals of technically acceptable bids will be opened later at a communicated date and venue.
