Headquarters Frontier Works Organization invites sealed offers from manufacturers and stockiest firms for the supply of all types of batteries as per the format specified in Annex A and B of the tender documents. This procurement is being conducted through Tender No. 80101-EME/Bty on a FOR basis, with the scope covering various battery types and brands. The tender is issued by the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Branch (EME) of HQ FWO located at 509 Kashmir Road, R.A. Bazar, Rawalpindi, Punjab. Interested firms can participate in this competitive bidding process to supply batteries for organizational requirements.
Only firms registered with Headquarters Frontier Works Organization or holding valid registration with DGP (Army)/DGDP with photocopy of registration provided and willing to register are eligible to apply. Bidders must be either registered or have the ability to obtain registration. Earnest Money in the form of bank draft is mandatory: Rs. 0.100 Million from registered firms and Rs. 0.200 Million from unregistered firms, payable to FWO. The validity of the quoted price must extend until 31 July 2027, which is mandatory for all offers.
Tender documents can be obtained from the EME Branch, HQ FWO, 509 Kashmir Road, R.A. Bazar, Rawalpindi by submitting an application with Challan Form-32A for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 in favour of CMA (FWO) Chaklala against account head code 0/016/12-FWO overhead G-10419. Bid submission closes on 08 July 2026 at 11:00 hours at HQ FWO Rawalpindi, with opening scheduled for 12:00 hours the same day.
