The Nuclear Institute For Food & Agriculture (NIFA), Peshawar is inviting sealed offers through a Single Stage-One Envelope tender procedure for the supply of a Peat Grady Chamber at NIFA, Tarnab Farm, Peshawar on a FOR NIFA basis. The tender is open to registered firms with Government Departments who are also registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities. Complete and detailed specifications along with terms and conditions are contained within the tender documents. Interested bidders must provide proof of their NTN number, GST registration, and Government Department registration to obtain the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be firms registered with Government Departments and holding valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registrations. Bidders are required to submit 2% Earnest Money of the bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made payable to Head LAO, NIFA. Tender documents cost Rs. 400 (non-refundable) and must be obtained in person from the office of the Administrator at NIFA Peshawar. Quotations must be complete, without any cutting, erasing or overwriting, and conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The Tender Opening Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules without assigning any reason.
Bidders may obtain tender documents from the Administrator's office at NIFA Peshawar during office hours (0800 to 1600 hours, Monday to Friday) by paying Rs. 400 in cash or bank draft. Completed bids must be deposited at the office of the Administrator, NIFA, Peshawar on or before 09-07-2026 at 0900 hours, with tender opening scheduled for 1100 hours on the same date. Quotations may also be sent by post to P.O. Box No. 446, Peshawar or to the NIFA office at GT Road, Tarnab, Peshawar.
