Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Public Service Commission invites proposals for pre-qualification of well-reputed, financially sound, and technically capable companies, workshops, and authorized service centres of Toyota, Honda, and Suzuki motors for provision of repair and maintenance services for official vehicles. This procurement is for the Islamabad and Rawalpindi region and covers routine maintenance including oil changes and filter replacements, mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, suspension, brake and transmission repairs, denting, painting, upholstery and body work services, supply and installation of genuine spare parts and accessories, and emergency roadside repair and recovery services. The pre-qualification is valid for 2025-2026 and extendable up to three years subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance of pre-qualified vendors. Services will be provided on a revolving credit basis.
Eligibility criteria require valid registration with NTN, GST, and Active Taxpayer status. Companies must demonstrate relevant experience in maintaining Government, Semi-Government, or Corporate fleets, and maintain a team of qualified technicians with expertise in Toyota, Honda, and Suzuki brands. The evaluation comprises ten criteria each carrying maximum 10 marks, totaling 100 marks, with a minimum of 60 marks required for pre-qualification. Two additional mandatory compliance requirements include an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.100 confirming the entity has not been blacklisted and submission of bid security of Rs.50,000 drawn in favour of Federal Public Service Commission.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System at https://eprocure.gov.pk, PPRA website at www.ppra.gov.pk, and FPSC website at www.fpsc.gov.pk for registered bidders. Scanned copies of all required documents must be uploaded through E-PADS, while original affidavit and bid security instrument must be submitted to the office of the Assistant Director (Logistics-I) at FPSC Headquarters, F-5/1 Aga Khan Road, Islamabad.
