Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Health Services Gilgit Region invites sealed tenders from well-reputed and government-registered firms for repair of vehicles, supply of engine oil and tyres under the regular and development budget for the financial year 2026-27. This national competitive bidding opportunity is open to eligible contractors and suppliers capable of providing comprehensive vehicle maintenance services and automotive parts for the health sector in Gilgit Region. The total estimated contract value is 100,000 rupees with a tender fee of 4,000 rupees. Tender documents and a detailed list of items along with terms and conditions may be obtained from the Stores Section of Health Directorate Gilgit during regular working hours on any working day prior to the closing date.
Eligibility is restricted to well-reputed and government-registered firms with demonstrated experience in vehicle repair and automotive supply. Single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure as per GB-PPRA Rules 2022 Section 39 clause (a) shall be followed. Bidders must submit the required earnest money of 100,000 rupees along with their tender fee. The auto workshop at Gilgit bazaar must be available to provide repair services and supply of tyres and engine oil on an ongoing basis during the contract period.
Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:30 AM on 15 July 2026 at the Health Directorate office in Juttial, Gilgit. The opening of bids will take place at 12:00 PM on the same date, 15 July 2026. Bidders are advised that supply orders against repair works are subject to budget availability under relevant heads during fiscal year 2026-27. All bids shall remain valid until 30 June 2027.
