The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids under the two-envelope single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure for rehabilitation works on male and female hostel facilities at CPSP headquarters in Karachi, Sindh. This tender notice calls for qualified contractors to submit proposals for replacements of soil and water supply lines, along with associated civil and electrical works. The scope of work is comprehensive and includes all necessary rehabilitation and restoration activities required to bring the hostel facilities to operational standards. Interested contractors may collect tender documents and detailed information regarding the scope of work from the CPSP central office located at 07th Central Street, Phase-II, Karachi, with office telephone number 021-9926644-8 and extension 362, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.
Contractors must hold valid National Tax Number (NTN) registration, professional tax certificate, and registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). A minimum of five years of documented experience in similar rehabilitation and construction works is mandatory. Bid security equivalent to two percent of the bid value must be submitted by all bidders as a refundable guarantee for unsuccessful participants, while successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee in the form of a bank draft or pay order.
Tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the CPSP Head Office in Karachi no later than 10th July, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 2:00 p.m. in the presence of attending bidders. The CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with relevant procurement laws and regulations.
