The Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the provision of security services and security guards with licensed arms in General Bus Stand Pirwadhai and Allama Iqbal Municipal Library for one year commencing from 2026-2027. This tender is issued under reference IPL-6320 for an estimated contract value of 19,100,852 Pakistani rupees with a contract duration of 22 months. The scope of work covers armed security personnel deployment at two municipal facilities in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Interested companies and firms must be registered with SECP, NTN, PRA, EOB, PESSA, and NOC from the Ministry of Interior Pakistan, and must also be registered on E-PAD for the financial year 2026-27 to be eligible for bid submission.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including valid government registrations and security sector licensing from relevant federal authorities. A bid security equivalent to five percent of the estimated cost on E-PADs is mandatory, and bidders are required to submit an original hard copy of the original CDR at the Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi office before the bid closing date and time. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule 38(2)(a), with separate technical and financial proposals to be submitted on E-PADs. Current PPRA rules will be strictly applied, and any violation will result in bid rejection.
