Description / Scope of Work
The C&W Building Division Haripur invites tenders through the E-PAD system for reconstruction and rehabilitation works on two government educational institutions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The first project involves reconstruction of 800 Gaz Schools (100 Primary, 160 Middle and 100 High) costing PKR 11,890 lakh with an estimated period of completion of 36 months, as per NOR order dated 06-07-2026. The second project comprises reconstruction of 500 Gaz Schools (100 Primary, 60 Middle and 100 High) valued at PKR 7,300 lakh. Both projects are to be executed on lump-sum basis in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under original contractor arrangements. These are large-scale educational infrastructure development initiatives aimed at improving school facilities across the province.
Contractors quoting bids up to 10 percent below Engineer's estimate must submit bid security of 2 percent of engineer's estimate. Bids between 10 and 20 percent below estimates require 4 percent security, while bids exceeding 20 percent below require detailed rate analysis and additional security equal to the differential amount. All bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with relevant PKR procurement regulations. Bid security shall be retained and released according to project milestone completion schedules as specified in the tender instructions.
Bid documents may be obtained from the C&W Building Division Haripur office. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PAD system before the specified closing date and time. The financial bid must be submitted through authorized representative before the deadline. Opening of bids shall occur 30 minutes after the closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
