Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Kameer invites sealed bids through the EPADS platform for the beautification of Sadar Bazar in Kameer, Punjab. This procurement is for fiscal year 2025-26 with an estimated cost of PKR 86,328,000 and earnest money requirement of PKR 4,316,400. The project scope includes comprehensive beautification works at the Sadar Bazar location in Kameer district. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules, prevailing market rates, and Technical Sanction rates aligned with MRS list for Bi-Annual 2026. All bids must comply with the eligibility criteria specified in the bidding documents and be submitted via the EPADS portal.
Eligible bidders meeting the criteria outlined in the bidding documents are invited to participate. Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of Municipal Committee Kameer. The bidding shall follow a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure and is open to all eligible contractors. Performance guarantee shall be applicable as per prevailing government rules and as mentioned in the bidding documents. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cutting, overwritten and doubtful bids shall be rejected.
Bidders must download bidding documents from the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk or from the PPRA Punjab website free of cost. All bids prepared according to instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS by 12:00 PM on 14 July 2026. Bid opening shall occur at 1:00 PM on the same day through EPADS in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Original bid security documents must be submitted to the Municipal Committee Kameer office before the closing deadline. Upon issuance of the Acceptance Letter, the successful bidder shall execute an agreement within seven days on prescribed stamp paper for issuance of the Work Order.
