Laboratory and Blood Bank Items Framework Contract Supply by THQ Hospital Gujar Khan

THQ Hospital Gujar Khan, located in District Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible firms and agencies for a framework contract covering the supply of laboratory and blood bank items during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is divided into four lots: Hematology items valued at 3.5 million Pakistani rupees, Devices at 2.5 million rupees, Miscellaneous items at 1.5 million rupees, and Lab Testing Kits at 2.0 million rupees, with a total estimated contract value of 9.5 million rupees. All goods must be delivered free to the consignee's end directly to the hospital on the basis of open competitive bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, importers, distributors, or sole agents with active income tax and sales tax registration from the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices by any government body. A bid security of five percent of the estimated cost for each lot, in the form of a certified cheque, pay order, or demand draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically only through EPADS; manual submission is not allowed. A firm representative must submit bid security physically at the undersigned's office on or before 08-07-2026 at 09:30 AM. Bids will be opened by the Procurement Committee at 10:30 AM the same day.
