Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Chichawatni invites bids for the auction of hospital canteen and cafeteria services for the financial year 2026-2027. The contract is valued at PKR 1,620,000 per annum and covers the supply of edible goods and related food services to the hospital located in Chichawatni, Punjab. This is an open auction process where the highest quoted price will be accepted, with bidding to be conducted in the presence of an auction committee and all interested bidders on 08-07-2026 at 10:30 AM.
Eligible bidders include all well-reputed canteen and hotel contractors and interested business firms operating in Pakistan. Bidders must not be under declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices by any government body or public sector organization. A bid security (earnest money) of PKR 82,000, equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated contract amount, is required. All offers must be submitted in strict compliance with tender terms and conditions, including being received before the closing deadline, properly signed, and without conditional clauses. Bids received by telegram or fax, from blacklisted firms, or with shorter validity periods than specified will be rejected.
The tender document price is PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) and must be obtained from the hospital. Prospective bidders requiring clarifications should submit written requests at least seven days before the bid closing date of 08-07-2026 at 10:00 AM. All bids must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and submitted in English with supporting documents. The hospital reserves the right to cancel this tender and contract if a centralized canteen service contract from the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department comes into effect.
