Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites sealed bids for the procurement, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of IUI Lab Equipment (Package No. 18 Lot-N) on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for the reconstruction and upgrade of Lady Willingdon Hospital in Lahore, Punjab. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The tender is being conducted exclusively through EPADS (Electronic Procurement Augmentation & Development System) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must quote all lots and all items within the package to remain eligible for evaluation, which will be conducted on a whole-package basis.
All interested applicants must be registered on EPADS portal to participate in this procurement. A scanned copy of the original bid security must be attached with the Technical Bid submitted on EPADS, while the original bid security document shall be deposited at the office of the General Manager (Healthcare Projects-II) at IDAP on or before the bid submission deadline. Bids not accompanied by the required bid security will be rejected. Participants should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria and technical specifications outlined in the RFP document.
The completed bids comprising both Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted on the EPADS portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 15:00 HRS PST on 9th July 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:30 HRS PST at the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B-3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend.
