THQ Hospital Gujar Khan invites sealed bids for the frame work tender of laboratory items for the year 2026-27. The tender covers the supply of hematology items, devices, miscellaneous items, and lab testing kits with an estimated total cost of 9.5 Million Pakistani Rupees distributed across four lots. This procurement is open to interested firms and agencies with sound financial backgrounds who are registered on the active taxpayer list of FBR. The hospital is located in Gujar Khan, Punjab province, and this tender aims to secure reliable laboratory supplies to support the institution's medical operations and patient care services throughout the fiscal year.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit bids electronically only through the EPADS portal. Manual submissions are not permitted. Interested firms should download bidding documents from https://eproc.sure.gov.pk at no cost. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost of each lot is required and must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Hard copies of bid security documents must accompany the physical submission of bids alongside electronic filing. All bidders must provide their best and final price as non-negotiable offers, with validity extended to 30 June 2027 for up to three months contingent on performance.
Bidding documents are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk until the closing date of 8 July 2026. A representative of the bidding firm must present bids and bid security at the hospital office by 09:30 AM on the closing date, with opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidder representatives. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the undersigned at the Medical Superintendent's office, THQ Hospital Gujar Khan. Taxes will be deducted from invoices per applicable government rules.
