Description / Scope of Work
COMSATS University Islamabad invites competitive bids for the shifting and re-installation of three existing security check posts positioned outside the boundary wall along the nullah side at its Park Road campus in Islamabad, Federal Province. The project involves relocation of security infrastructure to enhance campus perimeter security and access control. This procurement is open to Income Tax and General Sales Tax registered firms and companies listed on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using a single-stage single-envelope bidding method.
Prospective bidders must be registered with the Active Taxpayer List for both Income Tax and General Sales Tax purposes. A non-refundable bid security of Rs. 20,000 is required, to be submitted as a Call Deposit or Bank Draft drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad (FTN/NTN: 9013701-9). The scanned copy must be uploaded through EPADS while the original hard copy must accompany the sealed bidding document submitted physically.
Interested bidders should register on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk and submit tender documents through the portal. For EPADS registration assistance, contact the UAN at 051-111-137-237. The closing date for bid submission is July 8, 2026 at 1100 hours.
