Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) invites sealed bids from reliable OEM and authorized suppliers for the supply, installation and commissioning of an IP CCTV surveillance system for the SADA facility at NUST H-12 Campus in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan. This tender is being floated under the Single Stage, Single Envelope Procedure methodology through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Bidders must be registered with PPRA for E-Procurement to participate in this procurement exercise. Eligible bidders must be registered OEM or authorized suppliers with valid PPRA registration for E-Procurement participation. A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 5,000 must be submitted physically in original form as a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of SGI Account, NUST H-12, Islamabad at the time of bid opening. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS platform in accordance with the prescribed schedule and procedures outlined in the tender documents.
Bids are scheduled for submission on 29 June 2026 at 1400 hours with opening at 1430 hours on the same date.
