Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), a subsidiary of e& and the largest integrated Information Communication Technology (ICT) company in Pakistan, is seeking expressions of interest from reputable creative agencies for the hiring of creative services supporting PTCL and Ufone (MergeCo) operations. PTCL has evolved from its humble beginnings as a telephone and telegraph department in 1947 to become a modern digital and telecommunications technology provider. Ufone, a wholly owned subsidiary of PTCL and one of Pakistan's leading cellular service providers since its launch on 29 January 2001, is part of this merged entity. The procurement is aimed at engaging qualified creative agencies to support the combined operations of both entities in Islamabad, Federal Province.
Vendor registration is mandatory for all bidders interested in supplying services to PTCL. Interested companies must possess a valid Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL and include this on their bids. Unregistered vendors are required to complete vendor registration with PTCL to establish a good and continuous business relationship. Vendor registration forms are available for download from the PTCL website. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest without assigning any reason to participating companies.
Expressions of interest must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba Platform portal before 29 June 2026 at 11:59 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned to bidders.
