Description / Scope of Work
SSGC LPG Limited invites sealed bids for the provision of local support services for Marine Loading Arm (MLA) maintenance under OEM supervision at SLL Port Qasim Terminal in Karachi, Sindh province. The work scope includes sandblasting, painting and other repair works on LPG bulk storage spherical tank number 2 installed at the terminal. This is a complete package basis procurement under single stage one envelope bidding procedure. The tender enquiry reference is SSGC/LPG/SC/NR/1436 with bid closing date of 09 July 2026 at 03:30 hours. Bids must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes marked as strictly confidential with the above reference and project title clearly indicated.
Bidders must submit a FIXED bid bond of Rs. 75,000 (Seventy-Five Thousand only) in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of SSGC LPG Limited. No bid shall be entertained without bid bond or earnest money. The bidder must deposit the physical bid bond in the Procurement Department at SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building before bid opening, otherwise the bid will be liable for rejection. Bidders must meet the qualification criteria and submission requirements as detailed in the tender documents sections VI and VII.
Bid documents are available on the EPADS portal and must be downloaded through EPADS. Suppliers must fill the bill of quantities, bid form, schedule of requirements and upload all tender documents with sign and stamp through EPADS, otherwise bids will be rejected. Physical bid bonds must be submitted to the Procurement Department, SSGC LPG Limited, SSGC LDC Building, Karachi Terminal, opposite Safari Park, Main University Road, Karachi before bid opening. Technical and financial proposals will be received until 09 July 2026 at 03:00 hours and publicly opened at 03:30 hours on the same day. Tender documents include invitation to bid, instructions to bidders, scope, general and special conditions, qualification criteria, general terms and conditions, schedule of requirements, bid bond format, performance bond, declaration format, contract form and other annexures.
