Headquarters Karachi Logistics Area invites sealed bids on prescribed forms for the local purchase of fumigation tablets in the quantity of 150,000 numbers with and without transportation charges covering the entire country. The tender reference is LP/Fumigation/2026 and the contract validity extends until 14 November 2026. This procurement is being undertaken by the Defence establishment in Karachi, Sindh province, and represents a significant supply requirement for fumigation materials across Pakistan. Interested bidders must submit sealed tender forms by 1100 hours on 13 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 1100 hours on 14 July 2026.
Bidders are required to submit earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of the total tender value with a maximum cap of 10 lac rupees in the form of a bank draft or pay order made payable to HQ Kci Log Area. The earnest money is refundable and must be accompanied by a sample of the quoted item. Tender forms are available for collection on any working day until 13 July 2026 up to 1000 hours from the office of the Deputy Director Supplies and Transport.
