Description / Scope of Work
The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed applications from well-reputed and experienced contractors for the construction of the first floor at the CPSP Regional Center in Faisalabad, Sindh. Firms with specialized expertise in office or educational construction are encouraged to apply according to the guidelines provided below. The project scope encompasses structural and finishing work at the Faisalabad regional facility, representing a significant infrastructure development for the institution's regional operations in Punjab.
Interested contractors must meet mandatory requirements including submission of a valid company profile with permanent address and contact details, certificate of incorporation or association with valid Power of Attorney documentation, a comprehensive track record of similar projects with cost location and completion details, client satisfaction certificates from previous projects, current workload information, audited balance sheets for the last three years with bank credit-line certificates, proof of FBR registration and valid NTN alongside up-to-date income tax clearance, valid professional licensing with PEC or PCATP registration as a consultant, and a non-blacklisting affidavit confirming the firm's status on judicial stamp paper. Terms of Reference (TORs) are available for purchase from CPSP headquarters in Karachi, the CPSP Regional Centre in Faisalabad, and Lahore offices upon written request for a fee of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable), with payment through pay order or bank draft made payable to the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan.
Bids must be submitted on the prescribed tender form accompanied by earnest money deposited through pay order or bank draft in favor of the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan CPSP. The submission deadline is July 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bids opening on the same day. All documents must be submitted directly to the Projects Department at CPSP Regional Center Lahore, located next to Iqbal Medical Complex in Gulberg Town, Lahore, contact telephone 042-99531323-5 extension 146. The CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning reasons.
