Description / Scope of Work
The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed applications from well-regulated and experienced Architectural & Engineering Consulting Firms for the designing and construction supervision of the CPSP Regional Center in Lahore. The project requires specialized expertise in office or educational building design. Interested consulting firms are invited to submit their technical proposals along with mandatory supporting documents. The engagement will involve full design and construction supervision services for the regional facility development in Sindh province.
Eligible firms must possess valid professional licensing with PEC or PCATP registration and demonstrate financial stability through audited balance sheets for the last three years along with bank credit-line certificates. Applicants are required to provide proof of FBR registration, valid NTN, and up-to-date income tax clearance. A non-blacklisting affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation or blacklisting by clients is mandatory. The firm must submit a company profile with permanent address, phone, and email; legal status documents including partnership deed or articles of association with power of attorney; track record of similar completed projects with costs, locations, and timelines; performance and completion certificates from previous clients; documentation of current workload; and tax compliance certificates.
Bid documents and Terms of Reference (TORs) can be purchased from CPSP Regional Centre Quetta and CPSP Headquarters Karachi upon presentation of a bank draft or pay order in favor of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan. Sealed applications must be submitted by 15th July 2026 before 11:00 AM directly to the CPSP Regional Centre, Quetta Near Cenar Hospital, OFF Brewery Road, contact 081-9213434, or to CPSP Headquarters, 7th Central Street, DHA Phase-II Karachi, telephone 021-99266400-10 extension 360. Bids will be opened on the same day. CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
