College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed applications from well-reputed and experienced Architectural & Engineering Consulting Firms for the designing and construction supervision of the CPSP Regional Center in Di Khan, Sindh. Firms with specialized expertise in office and educational buildings are encouraged to apply. The scope includes complete architectural design and engineering supervision for the regional center project in Di Khan province. Terms of Reference (TORs) can be purchased from CPSP Head Office in Karachi for Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) via pay order or bank draft drawn in favor of College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan.
Interested firms must submit technical proposals with mandatory supporting documents including company profile with name, permanent address, phone, e-mail and fax number; legal status through partnership deed or articles of association with valid power of attorney; track record listing similar projects executed with cost, location and completion time; client satisfaction certificates from previous clients; list of current similar works in hand; audited balance sheets for the last three years with bank credit-line certificate; proof of FBR registration with valid NTN and up-to-date income tax clearance; valid professional licensing with PEC or PCAPT registration as consultant; and non-blacklisting affidavit on judicial stamp paper. Bid security details and financial stability documentation are essential requirements.
Applications must be submitted by 14th July 2026 before 10:00 AM to CPSP Regional Centre, Islamabad, P.I.M.S., Sector G-8/3, Red Road, Islamabad, 051-9282590-1, or to Aga Khan College, Mansehra Road, Abbottabad, Tel: 0992-383330, 0992-385551. Bids will be opened on the same day at the submission location. CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per law without assigning any reason.
