Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Airports Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Qty-02 New Under Vehicle Surveillance System (UVSS) equipment at the Main Entrance Gate of Faisalabad International Airport (FIAP) in Punjab. This tender is part of a larger FY 2026-27 procurement plan, with available funds reserved under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The project scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of advanced UVSS technology to enhance security infrastructure at the airport's main entrance. Bidding documents are available on the Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 800,000 in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Draft, Guarantee, or Demand Draft in the prescribed format, which must reach the undersigned office before the bid submission deadline. Bidders are required to register themselves on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this single stage-two envelope procurement process conducted under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The procurement will follow all applicable Public Procurement Rules, 2004, regulatory guides, and procurement guidelines issued by the Authority from time to time.
Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. All e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, July 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
