Description / Scope of Work
Allied Hospital-II in Faisalabad, Punjab is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of laboratory kits and chemicals as per the attached list to be used in the Pathology Lab on the available lab equipment. The estimated cost of the procurement is Rs 158,819 (one hundred fifty-eight thousand eight hundred nineteen rupees) and is extendable on good performance for the financial years 2025-27. This procurement is issued under PPRA Rules 2014 with its latest amendments and in compliance with Government of Punjab Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department letter dated 1st October 2024. The procurement will be uploaded on e-PADS as well as on the PPRA website after tender notice publication.
Eligible participating bidders must be original manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principals, or authorized importers of foreign principals. Firms must have established credentials in terms of technical, financial and managerial capabilities on F.O.R basis including all applicable taxes. Bid security shall not exceed five percent of the estimated price and must be submitted in the form of an irrevocable Bank Guarantee or CDR from any scheduled bank in the name of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Faisalabad. Bids without proper bid security or those found technically non-responsive shall be rejected.
Bidding documents and specifications are available for download from the PPRA website and e-PADS portal without any cost. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be applied with envelopes marked as Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal. Bids must be submitted in tape or ring binding with proper page marking and authorized signatures. The bid opening will take place on 20th July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of Allied Hospital-II (DHQ) Faisalabad. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 11th July 2026 at 12:00 noon. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with amendments. Response time is calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website.
