The Municipal Committee Kameer invites sealed bids through the EPADS platform for two major infrastructure development projects in Punjab under National IT FY 2025-26. The first project involves the reconstruction of Saber Bazaar in Kameer with an estimated cost of 86,328,000 rupees and earnest money of 4,316,400 rupees. The second project comprises the providing and laying of RCC sewer pipeline at Ghalib Market Road, Sultan Sadiqi Abasl, Kameer, with an estimated cost of 23,543,237 rupees and earnest money of 1,177,162 rupees. Both procurement activities shall be conducted under prevailing market rates and technical sanction rates in line with the MBS for the financial year 2026. The projects target improvement of municipal infrastructure and public utilities in the Kameer area.
Eligible bidders must meet all criteria specified in the bidding documents and shall submit bids under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. A bid security of five percent of the estimated cost must accompany each bid submission, either as a CDR (Cash Deposit Receipt) or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of the Municipal Committee Kameer. Bidders are required to quote rates for each item listed in the price schedule provided in the bidding documents. All participating bidders must quote rates in the prescribed format and provide detailed specifications as per technical requirements outlined in the documentation.
Bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and on the PPRA Punjab website. Prospective bidders must obtain bidding documents, review all terms and conditions, and submit sealed bids through EPADS by 12 PM on July 14, 2026. The tender opening session will be held at 1 PM the same day via EPADS in the presence of the tender opening committee and interested bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder shall execute an agreement with the department on prescribed stamp paper within seven days of receiving the work order.
