Description / Scope of Work
The Gun and Country Club, Islamabad invites sealed bids from well-reputed, tax-registered, experienced and financially and technically capable firms and construction companies for the execution of construction work titled Construction of Residential Rooms (Guest Units Block 1-14) at the Gun and Country Club located in Islamabad, Federal. The project scope includes civil, electrical, plumbing and related works to be carried out under a single stage-two envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be tax-registered construction firms or companies with proven financial capability and technical expertise in similar construction projects. Bidding documents containing detailed descriptions of work, technical specifications, drawings and terms and conditions are available for download from the club's website at www.gcclub.org.pk. Sealed bids must be received at the Gun and Country Club, Adjacent Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad by 15 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
