Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors for the repairing of the company approach road at Mehmoodkot Terminal in Sindh province. This tender, referenced as OP-19752-AS, is open to contractors with adequate past relevant experience and strong financial capabilities. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage Two Envelope format, with technical and commercial evaluation conducted separately to ensure transparent and fair procurement practices.
