Description / Scope of Work
Printing Corporation of Pakistan, a government-owned corporation functioning under the administrative control of the Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed competitive bids from manufacturers and General Order Suppliers for the procurement of pink and light green offset paper (local high finish), P.S. plates, CTP plates, P.S. plate developer, laser jet toners, tracing paper, UV ink, HD staple machines, and corrugated boxes. The tender is issued from the corporation's head office in Islamabad and encompasses supplies for the Printing Corporation of Pakistan Press. Bidders may participate for any one item, multiple lots, or entire tendered quantities according to their choice and capacity, with quantities subject to increase or decrease based on requirements and fund availability.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of the Federal Board of Revenue and maintain active taxpayer status. Participants are required to submit earnest money or security deposits on a lot-wise basis: Lot 1 requires Rs. 714,375, Lot 2 requires Rs. 76,401, and Lot 3 requires Rs. 21,960. All bids must be accompanied by at least two full-size sample sheets of each offered paper or card. Offers must clearly indicate that quoted rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes and must include the National Tax Number, GST Registration Number, and Vendor Number. Recycled and colorized paper is not acceptable.
Bids must be uploaded on PPRA EPADS and the hard copy submitted to the Manager (P&D) at Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad, on or before 09 July 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 p.m. The bid validity period is 90 days.
