Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Defence Purchase under the Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan invites sealed tenders from reputed and well-established registered firms and suppliers for the procurement of Stationery, General and Conservancy Store items. The contract is for a one-year running basis commencing from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Suppliers must be registered with any Defence Organization, Sales Tax Department, possess a National Tax Number, and maintain their own registered office. The tender notice reference is 1311/Sty/DGDP/Adm-I and the procurement is managed from the DGDP office located in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must submit separate sealed tenders for each category of items including Stationery, General and Conservancy store items with detailed rate quotations. All bidders are required to furnish an Earnest Money deposit of Rs 200,000 as a call deposit, pay order, or bank draft in favour of DGDP, which is refundable to unsuccessful bidders but retained by DGDP for successful bidders until completion of contract and delivery of all ordered goods. Bidders must be registered with Defence Organization Sales Tax Department and hold a National Tax Number. Tenders submitted without earnest money or required documents shall be rejected without any right of appeal.
Tender documents can be obtained from the DGDP office in Rawalpindi for a non-refundable fee of Rs 2,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favour of CMA (DP), Rawalpindi, available on any working day before 09 July 2026. Sealed tenders must be submitted to the CR Section of DGDP's Office Rawalpindi before 14 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
