Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) under the Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed tenders from reputed and well-established registered firms and suppliers for the procurement of stationery, general and conservancy store items on a running contract basis for one year from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The office is located in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Bidders must be registered with any Defence Organization, possess a valid Sales Tax Number, and maintain their own registered office. Separate sealed tenders are required for each category of items with rates offered.
Eligible bidders must furnish a call deposit, pay order, or bank draft of Rs 200,000 as Earnest Money (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) in favour of DGDP. A tender fee of Rs 2,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi is required to obtain tender documents. The Earnest Money of successful bidders will be retained by DGDP till delivery of all ordered goods or completion of the contract. Any bid submitted without earnest money shall be rejected without right of appeal.
Tender documents can be obtained from the DGDP office in Rawalpindi before 09 July 2026 during working hours. Sealed tenders must be received in the CR Section of DGDP's Office Rawalpindi before 14 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. DGDP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning reasons. Late submissions or bids without required documents will not be entertained.
