Horticulture Agency Gujranwala invites sealed bids from experienced firms specializing in mechanical tree transplantation for the shifting and transplantation of approximately 1,650 fruit trees and shrubs up to 10 feet height along the G.T Road green belts from City Flyover to Aziz Cross Flyover in Gujranwala, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 2,937,000 with a completion period of 15 days. The contractor must provide all machinery, equipment, labor, transportation, and technical expertise required to execute the complete transplantation work as per specifications outlined in the bidding document.
Bidders must meet mandatory eligibility criteria including legal status documentation (SECP certificate for companies, CNIC and affidavit for sole proprietors, or partnership deed for firms), valid NTN registration with active income tax status, GST and PST registration certificates, and relevant affidavits affirming authorization and compliance with all terms and conditions. The firm must own or possess mechanical tree transplanter machines, hydraulic cranes, excavators, water tenders, loaders, and transportation vehicles. A bid security of Rs. 146,850 is required. Additional supporting documents include professional tax certificates, bank account maintenance certificates, and previous work satisfactory certificates from government departments.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS PPRA Punjab platform with original bid security submitted in physical form at the HAG office before the closing deadline of 10 July 2026 at 12:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 1:00 PM. Evaluation will be based on five technical criteria: experience (25 marks), projects completed (20 marks), available machinery and equipment (20 marks), technical staff and experts (15 marks), and financial strength (10 marks), with a passing score of 70 out of 100 total marks. All bid documents must be properly annexed with table of contents and page numbers.
