Description / Scope of Work
The 60 Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala Faisalabad, located in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites electronic bids for a framework contract for transportation of goods during fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is valued at 0.8 million rupees and is being conducted through the E-Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADs). The contract will establish terms for the regular transportation of medical supplies, equipment, and other goods required for hospital operations. The scope includes all goods transportation services as specified in the schedule of requirements, with delivery timelines as outlined in the tender documents.
Bidders must be well-reputed firms registered on E-PADs in relevant transportation categories. Eligible bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, pay order, or bank draft in favor of the Medical Superintendent, 60 Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala Faisalabad. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equal to 2 percent of the total contract value. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes. Bidders shall fill all required forms and tables in the bidding documents and must stamp and sign documents before submission on E-PADs.
Bid documents are available for download from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-PADs portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADs by 10:30 AM on 10 July 2026 and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent. Original bid security documentation must be submitted physically before the tender opening date. In case of official holiday, the next business day will be treated as the closing date. The procurement process follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and PPRA regulations 2024. Incomplete, unsigned, conditional, or doubtful bids will be rejected.
