The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites competitive bids for hiring transport services for Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School Boys located in Peoples Colony, Gujranwala, Punjab. The contract period spans two years covering 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. This tender is open to individuals, companies, and joint ventures meeting the specified criteria. Bidders must provide comprehensive transport solutions ensuring reliable daily operations for school transportation. The bidding process will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act of 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.

Interested bidders must submit their e-bids following the prescribed submission procedures and timeline. The bid opening and evaluation will follow the evaluation and selection criteria detailed in the tender document. All transportation requirements and service performance levels must be clearly addressed in submitted proposals. Bidders must demonstrate their capacity to deploy skilled staff and maintain vehicles to appropriate standards throughout the contract period.
