Description / Scope of Work
Gun and Country Club, Islamabad invites sealed bids under Single Stage-Two Envelop Procedure for the construction of residential rooms comprising Guest Units Block 1-14 at the club's premises in Islamabad, Federal. The project encompasses civil, electrical, and plumbing works and is open to well-regulated, tax-registered, experienced and financially and technically capable construction firms and companies. Bidders must be capable of executing works of this nature and scope. Detailed bidding documents containing comprehensive work description, technical specifications, drawings, and terms and conditions are available for download from the organization's website at www.gcclub.org.pk.
Eligible bidders must be well-established construction companies with proven track record in similar projects, holding valid tax registration and relevant licenses. Firms must demonstrate financial capability and technical competence to undertake residential construction works. All bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the tender documents. Only sealed bids submitted in accordance with the prescribed Single Stage-Two Envelop procedure will be considered for evaluation.
Sealed bids must be received at Gun and Country Club, Adjacent Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad (extensions 115 and 103) by 15 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
