Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Air Force invites sealed tenders for the procurement of multiple items required for aircraft operations and maintenance at Nur Khan Base, Rawalpindi. The tender comprises eight line items including procurement of XB3 items and DMBR-85 spill over items for aircraft (100 line items), aircraft engine spares (73 line items), aircraft spares (07 line items), DMBR-85 and kit items for aircraft (55 line items), ammunition for SSW troops (04 each for both standard and MGL variants), secure USB devices (141 units in PKR currency), and dye smoke red (2,440 units). The contract performance period ranges from three months to twelve months depending on the item category, with specific opening dates scheduled between 28 July and 29 July 2026 in Rawalpindi, Federal Province.
Participating firms must be GST and professional tax registered with a valid NTN. Unregistered or unindexed firms interested in competing on earnest money basis are required to provide financial capability proof through minimum six months of bank statements, proof of go-down facilities, manufacturer or stockiest credentials, two photocopies of the owner's NIC for FOR tenders, and agency agreement with OEM. A treasury challan of Rs. 2,000 debitable to Main Head XLVII Main Head XII Sub Head A is mandatory for unregistered firms. Firm past performance regarding previous defaulted contracts and late deliveries will be considered as essential benchmarks for tender acceptance or rejection.

The last date for tender submission is 14 July 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening scheduled at 1100 hours the same day.
