This tender notice is issued by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for procurement through the E-Fads portal. The undersigned, a registered firm, invites sealed tender through E-Fads for financial year 2026-27. The tender encompasses printing items from registered firms, which have renewed their licenses for the financial year. Budget allocation of Rs. 1,800,000 has been provisionally set for this procurement in KPK province. The tender is open to eligible contractors and suppliers who meet the specified criteria and requirements.
Contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department and possess a valid Sales Tax Certificate with CNC photocopy. Income Tax Certificate must demonstrate experience with Govt Dept within the past 13 years. All prospective bidders are required to submit PKRs 72,000 as earnest money, which must be enclosed with the tender document. The rate of each item should be mentioned separately and all taxes will be deducted per FPR rules. Tender validity period is 47 days from the Stationary Clerk office.
Bid documents can be obtained from the portal, with tenders submitted through KPPRA system. Tender opening will occur 47 days after the purchase committee's decision.
