Description / Scope of Work
The Horticulture Agency Nankana Sahib, under the Housing Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Department in Punjab, invites bids for the procurement of machinery and equipment. This procurement is open to national competition as per government policy and will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. The bidding process is designed to ensure competitive pricing and quality delivery of goods to support horticultural operations in Nankana Sahib district.
Eligibility is open to all bidders meeting the qualification criteria outlined in Part IV of the bidding documents. Bidders must submit a technical proposal in sufficient detail demonstrating adequacy of their bid and timely delivery capability, including company brochure, product brochure or literature, detailed specifications, quality standards, and certification of quality. Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Bank Draft or irrevocable encashable on-demand Bank Call Deposit in favor of Horticulture Agency Nankana Sahib, in compliance with PPRA Rule 27. All bids must be quoted entirely in Pakistani Rupees with a validity period of 90 days from the date of bid opening.

The last date for submission of bids is 17 July 2026 until 10:00 AM, with bids opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Bidders seeking clarification should submit requests at least 2 working days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. All bids must be submitted in English language as per tender requirements.
