Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement under the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is procuring non-consultancy services for the dismantling of confiscated tampered vehicles as part of its FY 2026-27 procurement plan. This tender is issued for eligible bidders registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) to provide comprehensive dismantling services for confiscated and tampered vehicles. The project is based in Lahore, Punjab, and will be executed under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids through the electronic platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Demand Draft, or a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders are required to comply with all eligibility criteria and technical specifications outlined in the standard bidding document. The procurement follows open competitive bidding procedures with strict compliance to procurement regulations and authority instructions.
Bid documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
