Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the supply of seventy (70) oil suction machines required for AutoCare operations at PSO Central Store, Keamari Terminal B in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement is referenced as RFQ No. RC-19757YP (SAP No. 6100017172). Each oil suction machine must be a quick oil change machine for NVROs with a tank capacity of 80-100 liters, graduated transparent bowl capacity of 10 liters, and suction capacity after pulling vacuum of 40-60 liters. The machines shall operate with oil conditions of 60-80 degrees Celsius, suction speed of 1.5-2 liters per minute, suction hose of 2 meters, draining hose of 1.5-2 meters, and noise level not exceeding 75 decibels. Each machine must be equipped with a complete kit including flexible probe, rigid probe, Mercedes probe, and golf probe, suitable for changing oil on all types of vehicles.
Suppliers must provide machines that are wheel-mounted with removal tray and in good packing to ensure safe handling during transportation. A maintenance warranty including consumable parts is mandatory for a period of 12 months from the date of equipment supply at PSO stores. The supplier must rectify any equipment fault within 24 hours of reporting, or provide a replacement unit of equivalent specifications on a temporary basis to ensure uninterrupted operations. Original Equipment Manufacturer certification with clause-by-clause technical compliance table, technical literature, and brochures must be submitted at the time of bidding. All machines require permanent marking with Fixed Asset Numbers in the format "PSO FXA #XXXXXXXX" at a clearly visible location, along with manufacturer name, model number, and serial number data plates.
Quotations must be submitted by 14 July 2026 to Pakistan State Oil Company Limited, PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi-75600. Delivery is scheduled for 120 days from the issuance of purchase order at PSO Central Stores, Keamari Terminal B. Acceptance of equipment is subject to prior inspection by PSO-nominated third party inspector conducting random inspection as per MIL standard 105 E, Level III, AQL 1.0. A penalty at the rate of 0.1% per day of delay shall be levied on undelivered quantities, subject to a maximum of 10% of the work order value.
